From the refreshing combination of Southern iced tea with sausage on toast, to crisp white wine paired with a golden spring roll, easy-drinking lager alongside chicken tenders, and the bold contrast of a pickle back with freshly baked cornbread, each pairing is designed to be approachable, satisfying, and best enjoyed with good company.

Fire-driven meats and Southern sides come together in a communal spread built for sharing, with bold flavours across every dish.
A Build Your Own Brisket Set, Cajun Rib, Stuffed Jambalaya Wings, and more. Available from 1 March 2026. Fire Feast is by reservation only with an 8 minimum pax requirement.
